Im starting this thread because I cant seem to find one like it yet (I may have overlooked one though)
anyways.. Im wondering if any one had different pregnancy sympotoms for different Genders..
This is my 2nd pregnancy, and we are really hoping for a girl. We already have been blessed with our precious son.
With his pregnancy I was Tired but not as tired as i have been this go around (granted im now chasing a toddler around) With my son i didnt start to get nauseous till I was 6 or so months and it only happned when i would over eat or not eat enough. this time my morning sickness is OUT OF CONTROL (ive never actually threw up) but my nausea is horrid. So bad in the morning and contines into the afternoon and then Peaks again in the evening around dinner and gets Worse around bed time. Ive had pretty bad charlie horses already too (which didnt happen till 8 or so months with my first)
Im wondering if, the different or more dramitic symptoms this time around will mean a Girl? Has anyone experienced this with an outcome of a daughter after they had a son?!
i have had 2 girls, with both of them i had bad MS all day, was so tired by 4pm.
this time i have no sickness, not overly tired and i have horrid pains in my back/stomach and legs, i think its a boy this time
with my 2 boys, I had no symptoms at all the entire pregnancy. It was smooth and easy
With this baby(hoping for a girl) I had bad nausea, starving stomach feeling, loss of appetite, mood swings, headaches, tiredness, Bad constipation< and all of this is in the first trimester, I'm only 10 weeks 2 days now.
I don't think symptoms indicate a certain sex. But for each person it may, One person may have no symptoms and have a boy like I did, while someone else may be the opposite and have all their symtoms with their boy and none with girl. I'm hoping this is the case for me, because I soooooo want a girl!
I think it's difficult to try and determine what the sex is by symptoms. Every woman may experience them to varying degrees based on hormone levels and each individual pregnancy is different. I have read that how sick you feel is more due to hormones you produce than the sex of the baby.
