Really worried ;'(

Hello ladies, i am 13 weeks pregnant today. This is my first pregnancy and i have not had any morning sickness, i am quite pleased in a way because i have a phobia of being sick but quite worried in another as woman say it's a good sign to have morning sickness
Also had 7 weeks and 3 days i had an emergency scan as i was spotting a little bit and had a few stomach cramps, All was fine to my relief.. We saw the baby's heartbeat and the baby was the right size (:
But now i am starting to worry as i don't feel pregnant, I'm always tired but i don't feel pregnant any more. I am starting to get quite a big bump though, I haven't got any more bleeding or stomach cramps since 7 weeks so that's a good sign. But my friend who is also pregnant is 14 weeks pregnant and she was telling me about the fluttery feeling her stomach she keeps getting, which is a sign of the baby moving about in there. But i haven't got any fluttery feelings so i am starting to worry about if the baby's ok.. I have my 2nd 12 weeks scan next Wednesday, i told my Oh my concerns, he said im being silly. But i just can't help it. Does anyone else feel like this?

Your friend is lucky to feel them so early, some people dont feel them for a long time, up to 20 weeks. Thats perfectly normal.

As for not feeling pregnant- welcome to your 2nd trimester! Its because your hormones have calmed down and this is the time when you start feeling good!

Im looking forward to it!

G.L with your scan, sounds as though it will be just fine.

Some women dont feel flutters until 16 weeks or longer. I wouldn't worry about it too much. x

Not every woman gets M/S and the lucky ones avoid it!!!

You are just entering the phase where you will feel awesome!! At 14 weeks with both my DD and DS, I stopped feeling pregnant. Got my energy back. That's why the call it the "honeymoon phase". You feel awesome and many times forget you are even pregnant!! Enjoy it!!

Also, many first time moms don't recognize the baby's movements till around 20 weeks. You might notice the gas bubble type flutters if you lay down at night after a meal. But even that you probably won't feel till closer to 16-18 weeks.

You're just fine I have never had m/s and I've had 4 healthy babies. 1st time moms really don't generally feel baby move until 20+ wks especially if their placenta is near the front. Try not to worry and enjoy 2nd tri
