I used to get this all the time a few years ago. For me it was unrelated to the pregnancy and was related to the fact that the air was drier. Try having a humidifier on while you sleep! Nasonex is a product that my doctor gave me and I remember at the time the doc said "It's so safe we even give it to pregnant woman"...so...maybe ask your doc for that. It worked wonders! good luck
I've had this too since I found out I was pregnant. I wasn't surprised though because with my last pregnancy I had a really stuffy nose and nosebleeds. Apparently it's something to do with the blood vessels swelling up when your pregnant.
