Sometimes that happens to me in the winter due to the dry air.

Yep - I get this too. I understand it's from the increased blood flow to the nasal lining - I think it's normal and nothing to worry about.

I used to get this all the time a few years ago. For me it was unrelated to the pregnancy and was related to the fact that the air was drier. Try having a humidifier on while you sleep! Nasonex is a product that my doctor gave me and I remember at the time the doc said "It's so safe we even give it to pregnant woman"...so...maybe ask your doc for that. It worked wonders! good luck

Hiya,

I had nosebleeds with my first pregnancy through the first trimester - apparantly totally normal and just due to increase in hormones - its common to have a stuffy nose too

I've had this too since I found out I was pregnant. I wasn't surprised though because with my last pregnancy I had a really stuffy nose and nosebleeds. Apparently it's something to do with the blood vessels swelling up when your pregnant.

Yep, that happened to me a couple days ago, and, the last time it happened was 6 years ago when I was pregnant the first time!
