night nausea


i'm getting the wierdest nausea at night... and its stopping me from sleeping...anyone else got it??? How do you stop it?? I've tried snacking and it hasnt worked too well...i'm avoiding drinking before i go to bed as i did before i was pregnant but hasnt made any difference...any hints/tips???

My nausea seems to hit at any time of day when it feels like it. Seems to be no pattern to it.
I keep a box of Carrs Water crackers (the original ones) next to the bed and usually find a few of those settles my stomach.

My nausea is worse when I am hungry or tired and always worse at night.

I was sick in 1st tri the only think that stopped it was coffee but my sickness in 3rd tri was worse than anything and nothing at all stopped it...not trying to scare you! hope it gets better for u x

Yeah it was awful aparently its normal most ppl iv talked to felt sick in the 3rd tri, somthing to do with the baby pushing all ur bits and bobs up as they get bigger, its a diffrent type of sickness tho alot worse i thought!

Thanks for the heads up. Never even considered sickness in third tri. Something else to look forward to.

Try preggie pops. They seem to work for some people. I get night sickness sometimes too It doesn't last long though. Good Luck. I hope you feel better soon
