Since about 5 weeks (im 8wks 6 days now) I've been feeling like my stomach muscles are sore, like im doing a lot of crunches. It's been a lot worse lately, not pain or anything but just like I've been doing loads of crunches and feel like i need to stretch my stomach out..Is this normal? Also, my stomach seems to be getting hard towards the top more than the bottom, not sure what that is either because I feel slightly bloated but not too much...let me know what you think please ladies!
