Sorry just seen this post, I had this the other night but in the right side, I went to bed that night and woke up the next day and it was gone, maybe just things moving about making way for baby to make itself comfy. If your concerned call you GP or midwife.
I've gotten side pains here and there, but they usually go away after a couple hours. I would just try to take it easy and if they get really bad or you also notice bleeding, you should definitely call your dr. I it's just due to the uterus growing.
