Lower back pain and cramps ( moderate )

I started to get some dull cramps this afternoon in my lower abdomen, but I too am all having lower back pain the comes and goes...I am not sure whether this has to do with the small hematoma I have and that is keeping me in bed for two weeks now, as I have not been spotting at all or bleeding for two days now... do you think this is just round lig stretching pain? I am starting to freak out as some women seem to associate lower back pain in the first trimester with MC :P

Ive had bad back pain since I found out. Also Ive been having mod cramps. It doesnt mean you are having a m/c. I spotted a couple days as well and thought the same thing but the doctor reassured me it was completely normal so I was worried about nothing. Try to rest up and relax. Baby will be fine!

Hi there, not sure if this will reassure or not. Pain with spotting is not necessarily a bad thing. I get lower back pains too but think its the body telling me Im doing too much (usually after walking long distances etc)
I suffered 2 miscarriages last yr and the pain can only be described as the worst period pain ever followed by light period. (soz if tmi) You have small contractions like childbirth. If the pain is not as severe as that I wouldn't worry too much. Speak to your doctor, but in the meantime don't worry yourself, that causes more problems. Good luck and baby dust ur way x x

I have a SCH too and the past couple of days I have had cramping and aches that can get to be quite painful. I too wonder if its the hematoma or the baby growing. I did hear my babys HB on doppler this morning which was reassuring after a very crampy night last night

I had the last scan last thurs. and everth looked fine with the baby. I had pinches and crampy pains some days ago but just in my lower belly, and stabbing but lsting a few secs. Now they are similar but with some lower back pain...I am confused but just took some paracetamol and hope they slowly ease...if they get bad I will have to call the Dr or go to the ER, the only good thing is that there is no spotting or bleeding for two days, but I fear I could get a blood gush any moment

Im still bleeding lightly which is stressful. I have been bleeding for 8 days now. Only when I use the bathroom it seems I have a pretty good amount that I have to wipe. I also get sharp stabbing pains etc but I also had that with my other normal pregnancies so it doesnt worry me. I also get aches and pressure which is normal. Just these newer cramps are worrisome

I was told by my doc that when there is bleeding you might feel cramping as the uterus gets irritated, he gave me hyoscine for that. With the bleeding and all the pains, etc i am so stressed out that i don´t know how what I am going to be like in a few months... I sleep an hour at a time and wake up to check my pad for new blood, really having a tough time, I am sure you are stressed out too, the worst part is that there is nothing that can be done at nthis stage

If it helps, docs usually tell you that as long as your not changing ur pad (because its saturated) every 2 hours, you've nothing to worry about. Rest and relaxation is the best thing. I hope this provides some reassurance. Bleeding can be down to all the stretching and work ur body is doing to make room for baby.

I got some more cramping and lower back pain, it was 7/10, similar to AF symptoms, so I called my Dr. he said that any pain is actually a contraction, to keep bedrest, and try to relax. No spotting. The idea of having a contraction so early freaked my out. Today I had one that had me in pain for almost an hour... Any of your doctors mentioned contractions this early?
