Hi, I found out last week i am 4 weeks pregnant (Iíve been trying for months) I lost one last year, I thought I was 10 weeks and thought I was nearly out of the 12 week danger zone and then started bleeding. I went for a scan and they told me it have stopped growing at 6 weeks which was horrible as I though everything was ok until that horrible day. I am really worried it is going to happen again, I cannot get it out of my head. I know if it is going to happen then it will happen and there is nothing I can do about it, I keep telling my self this but still just can't get it out of my head.
For the last three days I have had a severe pain in to top left hand side of my back. I canít sneeze as the pain stops me from finishing of my sneeze, I cant take a deep breath, lift my arm or find any comfortable position in bed. I am going to go to hospital when I finish work as its unbearable. I havenít taken any medication as I donít want to harm the baby.
Does anyone think or know if this pain will have anything to do with the pregnancy or is it separate? I also donít drink or smoke (gave that up in Dec last year)
Your help will be appreciated. Thanks very much Sam xx :
Hi, I'm sorry for your loss, I too have sufferered a m/c so I understand the worry.
Could your pain be trapped wind? I know that sounds so obvious but I have had instances where I can barely breath and the next minute I let out a big belch (sorry!) and the pain eases a little. Try drinking a fizzy drink to see if it helps..
If it doesn't help and you're still in pain then get yourself checked out to be sure x
