Just found out I'm pregnant, things to know/ expect?
I just found out I am pregnant. I have no idea about what to expect or the things I should know such as what I should eat or is it safe to exercise. Any bit of advice would be great
It is different for everyone so I can't tell you exactly what to expect, but so far I've had sore breasts, excess salivation, cramps, lower back ache, TONS OF MORNING SICKNESS, and am always so tired.
I'm pretty sure most excercising is fine as long as you don't strain yourself or let your heart rate get too high. I don't know though, so you may want to wait for someone else to answer
Thanks for that. I have doctors appointment on Friday but just a bit excited. I just found out yesterday so I think I am 4 weeks pregnant. Well it's been 4 weeks since my last period so still very early days.
Hi there, congrats!
I found out I was pregnant last week and am now 5 +5, I haven't had any morning sickness yet but have had: extreme tiredness, very sore & itchy boobs, bleeding gums, going off certain foods, increased smell, I can currently wee for England, terrible trapped wind etc etc
It all sounds awful, but just knowing that there's a big pot of gold at the end of the rainbow helps! Good luck!!!
One bit of advice I would give though is don't worry about what people say are the 'normal' symptoms! All websites say constipation but I have had the opposite etc.
Also, expect lots of weird period/stretching pains, they're completely normal though
yay congratulations as far as symptoms everyone is different so cant really say, just have to wait & see what lovely surprises you get! its safe to exercise, just listen to your body and don't push yourself too hard. welcome to the madness xx
I just found out I am pregnant on Tuesday!! I haven't had the symptoms I thought I would have. My skin has broken out my back has PIMPLES! MY BACK! Several on my face- extreme headache today and I haven't wanted my morning coffee..
It's all Very exciting isn't it!!!
