omg, I have had really bad right hip pain the last few days, but it's concentrated more towards my back area near the butt cheek. It hurts to walk, sit down, or put any weight on my right leg/hip. Can't imagine this kind of pain going away, it feels like a need a hip replacement or something, not something that a 30 year old should have. now i'm scared. cause what if I need xrays? you are supposed to avoid them...

Any hip, pelvic and leg pain in pregnancy needs to be checked just to make sure you dont have SPD (Symphis Pubic Dysfunction)... I wont go all out and say it sounds as though you have it because aches and pains of all sorts are so common in pregnancy. I would suggest you mention it to your midwife though and see what they say! It wont affect baba so no need for panic... I have it and it just causes a bit more than the average discomfort in pregnancy. xx

This is a pretty good and accurate link x

With what you have said it sounds more like sciatica. I suffer with it and have been sent for physio. Sciatica is fairly common in pregnancy.
