Pregnancy symptoms - gone

Over the past few days, my nausea, heartburn, sore boobs, everything has more or less gone.

I still have large blue veins on my boobs and they are bigger than normal but I am scared this is the start of another m/c.

I phoned NHS Direct last night who said unless I get cramping, one sided pain, bleeding and/or backache, then I should be okay.

I have heard of so many women who m/c whose symptoms disappear and in hindsight, they know they are not pregnant anymore.

Anyone had this and have gone on to have healthy pregnancies?

I am not going to work today as I am so worried.

I cant help but worry and have been told not to

Thanks darling, I really appreciate that. As I m/c before, this pregnancy has been really difficult for me as it is so wanted and every ache, pain, symptom has been a milestone. Fingers crossed and good luck for your scan xxx

Fingers crossed it's just the baby being kind to you and letting you off lightly with the MS! If you're worried, make an appointment to see your GP or call your Early Pregnancy Unit - NHS 24/NHS Direct works by people having a list of symptoms on a protocol in front of them to work from and you might get more reassurance from someone who deals with early pregnancies on a regular basis.

Rumpskin try not to worry. it's normal for symptoms to come and go. I felt pretty good for 3 days and then the nausea came worst that usual...
I had a m/c in May so I understand you but when I talked to the doctor he said that after the m/c 94% of the pregnancies end up being successful so I find comfort in the numbers.

We cannot do much at this stage so try to enjoy being pregnant day by day and trust everything will work out.

I've been there hun and know exactly how you feel. I remember you from some of the other sections. This is my third prenancy this year and there was a point when I thought I'd never have another baby but I am 14 weeks now I have to say every little spot and bit of back ache is going to be worth it. But some women have completley syptom free pregnancies and the only thing it means is that they are bloody lucky! Try and enjoy yourself just a little hun and then when you get a scan you will feel so relieved xxx

With your history you pay attention more to these symptoms and panic (I did) ...with Caitlin I had the odd bit of nauseas once or twice and sore boobs and did I panic when one day my boobs were sore next not sometimes ok for a couple of days and returned ...as I got closer to second tri nothing really being tired was my only symptom no sickness nout and with this pregnancy I've been the same I had NO sore boobs other than a couple of days at the beginning only recently last week or 2 they have been sore/heavy and probably a little more nausea through this pregnancy but mainly just tired again.

Try not to worry no pains or bleeding is a great sign however depending on your area and if you have contact with the EPU due to your history when I was carrying Caitlin they scanned me with the lack of symptoms I rang the EPU nurse gave her a jog of history & that symptoms were zero and they booked me in.

Can I just say as well that cramps one sided can actually be normal in fact you will get it it's not necessarily a bad sign but makes you panic - I was always posting about it right through my pregnancy with Lil Moo of course 'pain pain' would need attention.

Im the same my symptoms have very much been on and off. Untill Sunday they had eased off completley.

The only thing that kept me sane was saying to myself theres no bleeding so theres no reason to think the worst.
