It is normal, as long as it is not accompanied with bleeding. That's when you need to seek medical attention. But, if they get too strong, or your instinct tells you somethings wrong call your doctor/midwife.
I asked this same question less than a week ago, and said at the time that if anyone else asked it, I'd know the correct response was that it's normal and nothing to worry about, but I needed other people to reassure me, lol.
Great, Thanks ladies.. I know I freak out about every little twinge or uncomfortable feeling and tell myself it is not normal lol I think after having a M/C last year it has made me feel not so confident about the first tri..... well I have finally got a bit of morning sickness today (not bad but enough to notice it) and Im still having to go for an afternoon nap with DS everyday so I am happy whilst I am having some symptoms Gosh I wish next Friday would hurry up... I am going for a scan then (dating scan) it cant come soon enough...
