Is it safe to eat or not....!!

Its so hard to keep track of what we can and cannot wat during pregnancy.
Is it ok to eat Ham? I have read somewhere that as it is a cured meat it should be avoided? Not good as the only thing i could eat at first was ham and tomato sarnies!
Is there any other strange things that people have heard??
Help would be appricated!

I think Ham is ok if you buy in packs as lynnikins said. Its more salami and cured meats such as parma ham that you need to avoid. I think regular ham is just fine!!

It so confusing about what you can and cant eat! Argh! xxxxx
