I am freaking myself out here. I'm a bit over 5 weeks preg. Yesterday, I had to poop, and I felt intense pressure in my vagina and I felt around a bit and I easily found my cervix.. only about 1/2 an inch from my vaginal opening. Went to the er because I was cramping, they said my cervix was a bit low (this is my 3rd pregnancy and I have an incompetent cervix). Did an ultrasound, saw nothing but thickened endometrium, Hcg was 356, from 121 on Thursday when I had bloodwork done. Checked me for ectopic pregnancy, and so far they truly can't rule it out.
I am still crampy. No blood. Needed to poop again this afternoon, pushed just BARELY and felt the swollen bulge in my vagina again. Could easily feel my cervix, just barely from the opening. Lots of creamy discharge. Uncomfortable right now and I feel like something is really wrong. Going to call my obgyn first thing in the morning but right now I feel like crying. Any idea what could be going on?
I can't help you, but my mom had that happen (after menopause), when her uterus began to come out!! She told me it's semi-common for post menopausal women. But you are most definitely not post menopausal. How scary for you!!! I hope your doctor can not only give you reassurance, but put things back in place.
