Foods to ease Morning Sickness?

It's driving me nuts now, although I haven't been physically sick yet I am feeling sick non stop all day, every day although I am still managing to eat it's getting worse as a lot of foods and smells are starting to really aggravate me!

What foods are recommended to help if any?

I've heard ginger, peppermint, coke, lemonade, anything dry and not fatty, little and often. I've just got some sickness bands though and they seem to be working.

I cant recommend sickness bands enough they really work but you must wear them both 24/7

Try arrowroot biscuits also

I find fruit pastels and fruit gums work really well. They give a short burst of sugar, that starts getting into your system whilst chewing without adding anything to your stomach.

I found eating carbohydrates helped me so, potatoes in any form crisps, i liked salt and vinegar and plain, plain digestive biscuits etc. I had some sickness bands but i don't think they really helped me x

Plain digestive biscuits, bread in any form, toast does help in the morning when i can't even look at dairies .... apple helps me sometimes but not all the time... it all depends on the day and what i feel like having that time. Anything helps as long as it's not all fat and oil

Eating a little of what you fancy will ensure you have something that you can keep down - but if you cannot face anything at all - try a rich tea biscuit.

Its horrible but the blander the foods the easier to keep sickness away.
