It's driving me nuts now, although I haven't been physically sick yet I am feeling sick non stop all day, every day although I am still managing to eat it's getting worse as a lot of foods and smells are starting to really aggravate me!
I found eating carbohydrates helped me so, potatoes in any form crisps, i liked salt and vinegar and plain, plain digestive biscuits etc. I had some sickness bands but i don't think they really helped me x
Plain digestive biscuits, bread in any form, toast does help in the morning when i can't even look at dairies .... apple helps me sometimes but not all the time... it all depends on the day and what i feel like having that time. Anything helps as long as it's not all fat and oil
well only on 2 mornings not in a row have i drank some flat cola and i didnt mind the taste plus i didnt feel sick at all and just had a normal day! like today i drank some cola and have felt pretty good yest i was sick loads!! so unless its just my hormones playing tricks on me giving me the odd good day or it works lol
