Sorry ladies as I'm sure numerous ppl have posted the same.
This is my first pregnancy and I'm about 5-7 weeks. For the last 11 days I've had brown spotting. I've been for an early scan but I'm not far enough along to see anything. I've also had a blood test and all levels where fine. Ive just been trying to find out if spotting for this long or longer is normal or not. I've had no cramps or pains and even pregnancy symptoms are very minor apart from fatigue.
I am 6 weeks and yesterday had a bit of crampy discomfort and had brownish tinged CM. Not red at all. Was worried and so dreamt I MC last night :s I'm sure it's nothing but it's natural for us to worry?!
My doctor's only concerned if the bleeding is red and there is a lot of it or if it is light, red, and accompanied by heavy cramps. I hope you get to go back in a week or two to check up on things. Best of luck to you!
Spotting varies from woman to woman. My spotting lasted for weeks from approx 5 weeks. As long as the spotting isn't red and you have no severe cramping it all sounds normal to me. I also had my 1st scan at 8 weeks where baby could be seen so if your 8 week scan is due soon you should be able to see
Thank you so much all. It puts my mind at rest. Coco... I've also been having dreams like that which just freak me out even more.
I've got a scan booked for the 10th June. So it's just now that wait.
Thank you all again
I had brown and red spotting at about 6 weeks. It's natural to freak out about it, I know I did! Like the other ladies have mentioned, I was told it's nothing to worry about unless it's heavy and you're in pain.
