Hi hun, no it doesnt affect you in the first pregnancy but you will have to have anti d injections, i think there around 28 and 34 weeks and then again after the birth, this is just to stop your body producing antibodies which could attack a future pregnancy but as long as you have the anti d its no problem x

u will have to have anti d injections likes already been said. its shouldnt have any effect on ur pregnancy but if u have a bleed the hospital will give u a extra shot incase ur blood cells tried to attack the baby if they have + blood.
im o- and my oh is o+

Exactly the same, you'll have 2 anti-d injections, and you should be fine! I'm lucky, DH and I are both O+ but my sis had to have anti d

i'm a- & oh is o+. as the others have said, you need the anti-d injection(s) (my area only do one at 24 weeks). i also have several bleeds throughout my pregnancy & had to have anti-d each time (about 10 times in total from 21 weeks).
xx

From what my midwife told me on Tuesday if there is any spotting/bleeding after 12 weeks of pregnancy you will be offered the anti d injection so it would be worthwhile asking why they never offered you it xx

I'm b- and oh b+ n am rhesus negative so I had anti d injections n as dd was b+ when born I had to have another!

It didn't really affect your first one it's for future pregnancies so this one I think I have more! It's fine tho I had no complications! x
