Good for you for going to the school. Something needs to be done with the bully, and his mother needs a wake up call too.

Good for you for taking it seriously. I don't know about there, but here, that would be considered assault....and is something you can press charges with - or at LEAST start a trail of documentation about the behavior of the boy, to make it easier to hold him accountable for his actions in the future. I do feel for the kid though, he has learned these behaviors from someone, but he has to be taught that this is not OK. I would be absolutely livid if that happened to my child too.

NO ONE touches my kid either but being pregnant i just feel like i cant just go around attacking people or children even if i so wanted to lol, its bad enough one of my children was hurt without putting my unborn one at risk too...i hear ya though it was very hard for me to walk away being so angry, was so hard :'( think thats one thing that upset me. Wow where are you from to be able to do that? That makes so much more sense than what happens here. i reported it to the police station but they seem to think it is a school matter but were good and logged it anyway, tho i will be calling back to update them with my day. UPDATE Went to the school. This child has apparently severe ADHD so the head teacher told me and so the school already supervises him in order for him to not do anything more to the other children, he already has shortened breaks and has an adult with him at all times. I asked what he would have to do in order to be expelled having heard what i did from other children and seen what i did and she said he would have to do that in school which he wouldnt because he is constantly supervised and if any other children get pushed about by him its because he rushes about knocking children over and not that he intentially does it!! They spoke to the mum who lied and said she saw but i didnt go over...which i bloody did, who wouldnt after witnessing that so they are speaking to her again as i put them straight on what happened in that she didnt give a toss that he attacked my child in front of her and is now lying which just tells me that she still wont be saying anything to her son ADHD or not (and i am in no way knocking the disorder at all but ADHD or not there still needs to be something said if something so severe and dangerous happens) you dont just let that happen without a single word to the child no matter who they are or why it happened. His tablets apparently wear off at half 2 just when the school day finishes so my child caught him a bad time!! All i can do is update the police station and send a letter higher but no one can really do anything because its down to the parent when its ADHD and school is doing as much as they can. I hate what has happened to her she is such a babe...all i can do is keep informing people and be there for my princess.

sorry for loooong ol post...should get back to being a happy mummy with my two lovely kids and baby bean who i am yet to meet. Hope everyone is having a nice day with their pregnancies and thank you again for your responses xx
