I think my title says what I want to know. I was wondering abt this coz I had my Dr. Appt y day and he was trying to listen to the heartbeat. He initially tried looking for it in my abdomen assuming that my uterus must have lifted up and cudnt find the HB. Then when he moved lower in my pelvis, we were able to listen to the HB. I was wondering about when the uterus should be lifting? and can we feel it when it does?
Usually around 12 weeks, but everyone is different. I know that personally my uterus sits higher than average and it usually out of my pelvis at 8 weeks. It's funny when I get a new ultrasound tech watching them look for my uterus because it's not where it would be on a typical person
