Itchy red rash/bumps under breasts - help!

Hi
I have developed a really itchy rash/bumps under my breasts. Its waking me in the night and driving me mad!

Went to the docs V unhelpful, had'nt even read my notes to see I was pg and then told me to buy hydrocortisone cream which I am not doing as it states on many websites not to use it.

Any other things I could use? I am at my wits end!!

PS. E45 burns like mad!
