Food Poisoning vs. Morning Sickness

I could a little village of women collective knowledge tonight. I am 11 weeks 1 day and have had limited nausea until tonight, that is! I just threw up about 10 times (sorry for the TMI). I ate dinner about 4-5 hours ago - fish (which btw I'm not sure I will ever be able to look at again!). The only time I have ever thrown up before as an adult is when I've had food poisoning. Is it possible to have morning sickness at midnight? Any idea how I can tell the difference between pregnancy related throwing up and food poisoning? Please help!

It is possible to get ms at night but the advice I was given is that if it only really starts after 9 weeks it is probably not ms.

Hmm that's what I'm afraid of too. I'm so worried that it migh affect the baby but I suppose nothing can be done.
