17 week ultrasound to determine gender?

I realize that no ultrasound, at any point in the pregnancy, is 100% accurate. BUT. My husband and I are impatient and have scheduled an appointment at a private company, for a gender scan. We will be 17 weeks. ((We will still have our regular anatomy scan at 20 weeks with my OB)) I was just wondering if any of you had scans that early and if they were right about the gender. Or if they could even tell.

Thanks!
Im excited!

We had one at 15 weeks and it was very clear Nolan was a boy! If I get a chance I will try to find the ultrasound pics!

Nolan! Thats what we are naming this baby if its a boy. I love the name, and DH loves baseball, so its a win-win for us. Alison if its a girl. Thanks for posting the pic!! DH is sure its a girl, and Im just worried that if it is a girl, they wont be sure, Ds was clearly a boy too, but that was 20 weeks

I know what you mean- boys it's pretty obvious... I don't know if I would believe them if they told me I was having a girl! Nolan is a great name now I'm hoping you have a boy!!

I have one booked through a place in Las Vegas, NV and they guarantee their accuracy starting at 15 weeks. Can't wait, only 2 more weeks to go!

With my son the doctor slipped and said "he" when I was 16 weeks. He tried covering it up but all he could do was smile and go about his business lol. At about 4 1/2 months I found out for sure it was a boy.
