unusual pain.

well, according to my LMP.. I'm around 5 weeks (but I think I'm further along than that) -- anyways, I feel like AF is going to start.. big time.. I haven't had any spotting, but I've had lots of cramping..

and where the red circle is (pictured below) I'm feeling sharp, stabbing pains.. once every couple seconds.. comes and goes.. anyone know what this could be?

I've never been pregnant, and don't have a history of m/c or ectopic.. but, I'm worried something is wrong.

any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated - thank you ladies!

(I don't see the doctor until October 10th, but I'm calling Monday to schedule for an earlier appointment.)

Could it be your cervix? During the cirst few weeks of my last pregnancy I had constant stabbing/pinching feeling in my cervix and the dr said it was normal.

No, definitely not cervix pain.

The weird pain is like, behind my back vaginal wall (towards the anus/rectum?) -- and I had it before my last period too.. it's just not normal.. I've never had it before :/

I really have no idea, wish I could be more help :/ perhaps you should get checked for a uti? Maybe its your womb growing? Sorry Im a tad useless :s xxx

I've had a UTI, and I know that's definitely not it -- I'm sure it's a growing pain of some sort.. my pelvis is probably expanding a bit? I'm not sure.
