Don't be silly of course you can have it.
Stay away from fresh tuna, but canned tuna like they use in sandwiches is fine but you have to moderate it to once or twice a week.
Ordinary shop mayonnaise is absolutely fine. They would not be using it around the world in a major chain like subway if it was not pasteurised otherwise they could get sued every time someone got food poisoning.
Mayo in a jar such as Helmanns is fine, eat as much of it as you like, obviously keep it refrigerated after the jar is open.
Home made mayo with raw eggs is not ok. but I seriously doubt Subway are whipping up their own mayonnaise every morning rather than getting it in tubs from a wholesaler.
Good to know! Ive been thinking about tuna alot lately. Subway tuna Id be cautious about only because its been out and exposed for who knows how long. Thats my only concern there and why I wont order it.
