7 week scan: what to expect?

I'm having my next US on Wednesday this week. I will be bang on 7 weeks on the day. Mt last one was at 5 weeks and they just saw a sac.
What should I be expecting on Wednesday? I'm pretty sure there should be a heartbeat by 7 weeks.
What did others of you see at 7 weeks?
Anyone had a 7 week with no heartbeat, and all gone on to be OK?

I am also due to have my first san at just over 7 weeks, so not sure what I will see yet. But my sis who is also pg at the moment had hers at 7 weeks and saw the heart beat. Lets hope we see strong heartbeats on ours!!! xx

with my last one in july, I had a scan at 6+6 and seen baby and hb xx

Heya I had one at what i thought was 6+3 but they said I was 7 weeks and I saw baby an hb

I also had mine abdominally

I had one at 7+2 and saw the little wincy baby and a heart beat lol xx

I had one at 6+3 although I measured 6 weeks and saw tiny, tiny baby and a flashing heartbeat.

Hey, somebody just suggested on the 9 week scan thread that you can look up US's on you tube. I just checked they have some 7 week scans there as well....
