I had that for my fourth week... I found lying down to kind of help. I also read that if you try to get your head lower that your body the blood to your brain will help make you not dizzy...

Hi Celine,

I had it really badly in my last pregnancy, but it has just started to come on again - although not as bad thankfully.

There really isnt a lot you can do - which is very frustrating. I spend most of the time on my back watching TV or reading! Great if you're not working, but useless if you are!

Sorry Im no more help, good luck with it, hopefully it wont last long xxx

I had the same problem at about 10 weeks for a week. Would be sitting down and suddenly had to lay down, shortly after waking up. Spinning, naseous, felt like fainting.

Could be your blood sugar levels are low in the morning. Try to eat something before you attempt to get out of bed. Some crackers and ginger ale should help.

Hope this helps you out!!!
