I have one and it has been bleeding since 6 weeks and when I do more strenous things like lifting, walking or other things it starts up again. I had a huge bleed out at 6weeks and thought I MC too but it was a hematomia and the baby had heartbeat and good circulation....

I had one on my 8 week scan, I'm 11 weeks now and asked about it at my booking in appointment last week. The mw wasn't concerned at all and said it may have caused me to have a bleed but seen as I haven't bled yet she thinks it will have been absorbed by my 12 week scan xx

I had one - seen at scan at 7 weeks. A follow-up scan a week later showed that the it was "more organised" (sonographer's words) and was healing. I don't think it even showed on the 12 week scan.

I had one at my 7+4 scan. I hadn't experienced any bleeding which surprised the sonographer and she said not to be shocked if i do get some. Im hoping i won't because i would imagine it will still scare the hell out of me! Hopefully it will be gone by my 12 week scan.

Hi ceejie, did the doc diagnose u? My doc didn't seem to want to put a name to it! How far along are u? x
The doctor just called it a "blood clot" in the uterus, she wasn't too specific about it, but she hadn't received my latest ultrasound results so she didn't want to say much. In the ER they called it a "bleed" in the uterus.

I'm 9 weeks tomorrow...I don't know why my ticker isn't showing

How about you? Have you had much bleeding?

For me it's very early days I'm only 5 weeks and had bleeding just when wiping really! Sorry for too much info there! It's been brown or very dark red and only seen it a couple of times which is why I ended up havin the scan x

Hi i had a bleed a 5 weeks started off brown spotting then once turned red it lasted about 5 days. I had loads of niggles and pinching to my left side. I had a scan and they informed me of a Haematoma which measured 9mm so not very big. They were not worried about it and told me this often happens.

Last weekend while i was out, red blood started to just drip out of me without any warning. I ended up in A&E they took bloods etc and everything came back ok. However i had to wait till Tuesday for a scan, which showed the baby was ok. The blood clot had been bleeding and had grown in size 53 x 27 x 42mm. I was very shocked & worried about this. They said they will see about 6 women aday with the same problem.
The bleeding has gone from bright red - dark red -brown- black - brown. The hospital have told me as long as its not bright red its ok. I had niggles on one side for a few days and yesterday was the first day i didnt have any pinches or twinges etc. I now have to wait for my 12 week scan to find out if its got any smaller.

I've had this for the past 4 weeks it comes and goes and is worse when I am on my feet or doing too much, the doc has put me on bed rest till I'm 12 weeks and hoping at my 8week scan it's gone, just take it easy it's really common, if your worried Chek out pregnancyinfo.net and search for subchorionic bleeding, there's heaps of women on there with it it's more common then we realise

I have one-i had bleeding at 6.5 weeks and had an early scan which showed th eblood was coming from that. I bled for 3 days and had nothing since. I have my next scan on Monday so i'll see if it has gone away or whether it is still there. I don't think it's anything to worry about.
