I have a whole thread I wrote...stalk my "threads started by" and youll find it. It's called, I believe, "how I got my bfp twice, and how you can too"
It's basically a smep using raw egg whites and instead cups. I explain it with a lot of detail, and completely stand by it.
I always thought I might be infertile, but it turns out, as long as I'm getting a monthly period (ovulating) I'm fine. And many years in the past with boyfriends and no protection, I never got pregnant. One month, twice, doing the same thing...pregnant twice.
hey! the second month we used preseed we conceived. It had taken us a year before then. I highly recommend it as well as the SMEP program and tracking your BBTs on fertility friend. I feel the entire combination of things made a big difference.
good luck to you! hope you get your BFP soon.
We got our BFP the first
cycle we used preseed. I'm pretty sure I have a "hostile" environment. I produce very little fertile cm. The cycle I got pg with my son I just happened to produce a ton of ewcm somehow. With this baby I didn't want to wait almost a year so I tried preseed give it a shot!
