I can't keep anything down at all

My MS has got really bad over past few days. I now can't keep any food or drink down at all. I am getting worried as I feel really dehydrated. Not even peeing properly anymore due to lack of fluids, and I feel really faint.
Should I be seeing a doctor about this or will it be OK?
I'm scared the dehydration will harm baby, as my Mum got dehydrated in early PG with a tummy bug and my brother was born handicapped.

I would call the doc/midwife hun, especially if you cant even keep liquids down. I read somewhere they might have to help with the deyhdration.
Best to be on the safe side

I think I'll give the midwives a call at break today. Going to have another go with boiled water and see if it stays in. Stressing about having more time off work. I've already been hauled in to see the headteacher today over time off last week. Think I'll have to come clean if I need more time off to see a doctor.
Thanks for your replies. I feel so weird about this whole MS thing. I am so happy to have the reassurance of it, but getting so down about the constant vomiting.

If you haven't managed to kept anything down at all hun, Def go to docs.!!!! I had this with ds and had a high level of keytones, (harmful to you and baby!) I needed to go to hospital for a drip.

It was very severe with me, I was loosing sense of where I was and very shakey! Definately go to the docs, and if needs be just tell the head not anyone else!

I'd definately see your doctor or Midwife especially if you can't keep any fluids down. I've managed boiled water but I'm only sick once a day. I really feel for you suffering so badly, hope it eases off a bit for you soon.
