I am also a massive tea fan!

I havent really cut down tbh, I love it so much and now its cold its even better.

I know there is a caffeine guideline, I'm not to sure what that is.

Get some decaf tea bags! I'm currently drinking like 4-5 cups a day x

My OB told me that I can have 1 cup of a caffeinated beverage per day.

it's usually 1 cup of tea or coffee, but could you try herbal tea? I know that Lidl and Aldi have peppermint teas, also chamomile (sp), which I have with some honey....

best wishes

See, that's just silly. Tea has WAY less caffeine than a cup of coffee.

Here is a link to the Mayo Clinic's website. It lists caffeine content in tea, soda, coffee, and energy drinks: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/caffeine/AN01211

8 oz. of generic brewed coffee has 95-200 mg of caffeine
8 oz. of black tea has 14-61 mg of caffeine

The American Pregnancy Association recommends limiting your caffeine intake to 200 mg per day.

Hope this helps!!
