That's good that they have moved your scan forward, if only by one day. Now you just have the weekend to get through. What time on Monday?
I think you really need to have a sit down chat with your doctor/midwife to tell them how you are feeling and see whether they can offer you anything to alleviate it.
It's easy for me to say but 99.9 per cent of this is completely out of your hands but focus on the 0.1 per cent that you can control. You must keep yourself as stress free as possible, relaxed and calm and keep hydrated and eat as well as you can. Feeling wound up and stressed will not be helping anything. Easy to say I know but difficult to do.
Please please please stay away from google as that will only elevate your stress levels.
Thanks joy, its at 9:45am love. Ive been trying to eat healthy but i think ive been comfort eating quite a bit as well. Tonight we are going to the cinema and a chinese which is not healthy at all but if this treat helps me get through tonight, then so be it. Im trying to plan something for every day/night between today and monday so im busy and away from google
No it's not Hun my sister didn't have any at all with all 3 of her pregnancies some are just luckier then others but I'm wishing u all the luck in the world for Monday hun trust me I know what it's like to worry after the last week I had
