Hi All! I'm back to this board again....I haven't been on since November of 2010 since I had my baby girl. Well low and behold I found out last night that I am expecting again. It was quite the surprise and I'm not sure what to think about it all.
Anyways, for those ladies out there that have had C-sections, has your scar started hurting once you got pregnant again? mine has been hurting me quite a bit and I don't know if it's normal or not.
hi, i had a c section 5 yrs ago, im now pregnant again, with twins, im only nearly 10 wks ish, and ive bn back and forth to docs, and hospital regarding bad pain, they have now said it is due to my c section scar (especially as it was an emergency one and they arent so gentle when cutting you), and also the fact theres two pulling my tum to bits. im so pleased to find others suffering the same. mine often is worse on the left side, but this was where it hurt most after section so i guess that makes sense really.
Hi Hun I'm just popping over from third tri, I had my little boy in august 2010 by csection and my scar has been sore on and off through my pregnancy. Apperently it is normal although it's healed the scar tissue can still be very tender, my midwife and consultant said only to worry if it's very sharp pains or the pain is unbarable.
i'm having major cramps where my scar is, so is that just my uterus cramping or a problem from my section?
I'm not sure hun....maybe you should ask your doctor? I've also read that the scar tissue from the section could have attached to your bladder and that's why some of the pain. I feel for you I feel I can't get comfortable most of the time.
