I started getting bad nausea. I tried small meal, mints, nothing worked. I love Preggie Pop Drops but they only seem to work while I'm sucking on one. So I was told by a nurse 50mg of B6 a day. I take it with my prenatal and the last few days I haven't been nauseous and I'm not as tired. I wanted to share!
Me too! I was eating non stop but I don't want to gain unneeded weight. Just 50mg a day she said, no more. I got a bottle of b6 at a vitamin store. They are 100mg pills do I crack them in half. She also said to try B Natal pops. They sell them at babies r us but I couldn't find them and didn't want to wait on shipping.
