decaf is fineee..... the % percentage of caffeine per mg is a lot less in decaf drinks compared to even a bar of chocolate (Psychology student currently researching caffeine).....

I would drink normal tea if you want..... just no more than a couple or so a day (depends if you like it strong or weak)

Is it okay to drink herbal teas that are caffeine free? Like fruit flavored ones like cherry, peach or raspberry? Or peppermint? I didn't know you weren't supposed to drink tea.

Herbal tea's are fine In fact - they're great - there is a lot more problems in consuming sugary, fizzy drinks and other soft drinks than herbal teas! Peppermint is good for any stomach related issues - will hopefully help with bloating!!!!

I drink decaf tea too and it tastes no different. Dont bother with decaf coffee though I drink strong coffee for the caffeine (pre pregnancy of course!) - its my worry about going into work tomorrow (first day since I found out) that people will notice less tea and that I have my own tea bags rather than the work ones)

I might have to have a cup of earl grey though as my caffeine drink for the day
