Would this annoy you or are these hormones making me over sensitive?

I went into work and was feeling very icky and tired so I told my manager when I got there who knows I'm pg. I work on checkouts in a supermarket and after about 20 minutes she comes up to me and tells me to "at least look like I want to be here" I said to her that I was and she said it didn't look like it which tbh pee'd me off when she knows I'm feeling crap.

I have one of those faces that looks moody especially when I'm tired, I just can't help it. I honestly didn't think i was looking like I didn't want to be there and i wasn't being rude to the customers or anything so I don't know what her problem was.

It's just annoyed me and all I want to do now is go home but I'm stuck here till 8:30 and I just feel like crying. I don't know if it's just me being over sensitive or if I should be annoyed by that. What do you think? Any replies appreciated.

I've got 'one of those faces' too - I'll be concentrating on something and everyone asks me what's the matter!

Work is rubbish in the first trimester. Your manager should have left you to it. Maybe she was having a bad day and wanted to have a go at someone. That doesn't make it right. Hope she's nicer to you in future!
