Just threw up... at work!!

I assume this is the start of my morning sickness... Let me say, WOW. I had no idea I would feel this sick and actually vomit... at work!!!

I was speaking to a colleague and had to excuse myself rather quickly. I'm paranoid now she will think I had to race to the bathroom for another, less than ladylike reason!

I really hope this phase passes quickly, I have to go to a lot of meetings!

Any tips or tricks? This happen to anyone else at work?

Steph xxx

Lol I know - it's pathetic, I would throw up and then sit on the floor and cry, then go back. I bought a bottle of mouthwash for work for that reason. No one here knows I'm pregnant yet!x

See if you can find a brand of hard candies that helps you. You can be more discreet with those if you need to sit through a meeting, and they last for longer than crackers. My favorite kind is Preggie Pop Drops, which come in sour flavors, but some people like ginger-flavored ones.

I'm sorry, MS is awful!

I've been feeling nauseous but not actually being sick, I am hoping that I wont either as I am a secondary science teacher, I teach in a lab all day and can't leave pupils alone at all... drinking and eating is banned, so I guess if it happens my only saving grace will the the sinks I can publicly puke in!! When i've been feeling sick i've been sipping ginger ale.. seems to help!!

I hope you are feeling better soon and that it doesn't last too long! x
