The cervix is a strange thing to be sure. Are you having any pains or bleeding? I only spent one cycle feeling my cervix and honestly the thing confused me so much, I got a speculum and had a look myself and still found it hard to tell if it was open or not. Try not to panic, call your local epau and tell them you think your cervix is open and see about getting an early scan, where they will be able to show you your cervix and reassure you.
I stopped feeling for my cervix when I got a bfp, I felt it may cause me more worry than not, plus I think up there should generally be left alone during early pregnancy, except if you need a pelvic exam at the doctors.
I'm sure yours is closed, call the epau or midwife for reassurance but once you have the reassurance, don't feel your cervix anymore- trust it to do its job.
