Changeable symptoms

I'm 8w6d. Was worried for ages as no m/s and also was having spotting which was followed by a bigger bleed at 6w. Had 2 early scans at 6w3d and 8w0d and all looked good - strong heartbeat, good growth between 2 scans etc.

M/s started around 6.5 weeks, got really bad between 7 and 8 weeks and now has really tailed off, I feel fine generally with only a tiny bit of nausea and gagging now and then.

Have had a little more spotting but only when I wipe and only v v pale pink. In the last week have started to feel some crampy pains, quite mild and these come and go. Had these at around 4 weeks then nothing until now. My boobs feel less tender, though this fluctuates day to day and throughout the day, and I had a week or so of really strong sense of smell but this seems to be gone.

Should I be concerned? Am terrified that I will lose this pregnancy. The early scans reassured me for all of about a day! Is it normal for symptoms to be this variable and to start to tail off by your 9th week?

Most early symptoms taper off around 3-4 months so count yourself lucky!

I want them back in full force because I'm worried it's a bad sign! Doesn't feel too lucky...

Mine are tapering off. But if you are worried call the dr. The only thing I'd be concerned with is spotting.
