I wouldn't worry too much - I spent most of last Sunday glossing my boys bedroom including their door and frame.

I read that as long as a mask is worn if you are painting the potential harm is very small, and as you haven't glossed don't be too worried. Women that paint/decorate as a career are more at risk. You've done the right thing by airing the room.

It won't hurt the baby. Paints now are made pretty safe unlike the ones made a long time ago. I painted all my kids's nursery's while I was pregnant. My doctor said it was fine.
