Round ligament pain? Anyone else feeling similar?

I think what I am feeling is round ligament pain but I wanted to see if any of you ladies have experienced this and can give your input. This started VERY early for me (4 weeks)... It feels like a pulled muscle in my abdomen. Sometimes isolated on the left side, sometimes right. It isn't consistent at all, it's more when I get up quickly, cough or sneeze and sometimes when I roll over in bed.

I had an u/s a few days ago and saw the gestational and yolk sac...so I know it's not ectopic. I've not been worried about it because I've figured there has got to be loads of changes going on down there....but since it's my first it's always nice to get reassurance.

Any similar stories?

Completely normal. I sometimes scream after I sneeze bc it feels like someone stabbed me in the abdomen. Body is getting ready for creating life. Pretty cool huh?

Ahh thank you!! Had the worst one yet with a cough right before I posted this. Amazing how many things are changed already when the baby is still SO small!

I get terrified sometimes!
I actually get scared to cough or sneeze, now if I need to I HAVE to sit down first as then it helps

I've had this and it hurts doesn't it??

I've had a new ache today just under my belly button that's just a dull ache every now and then... Almost like a pulled muscle.. It's annoying me more then anything.. I thought it was wind (sorry tmi) but if it is I can't get rid of it....

I had this muscle pulling pain early last week, it was to the right of my belly button but I could definitely tell it was my muscle of some sorts. Didn't feel too good lol

It was scary at first because I thought it was way too early to be feeling anything due to stretching, etc...but sure enough, seems pretty common!

Yup. I've had it since 4 weeks too. And it HURTS sometimes. If I walk around for over an hour, it hurts so much that I have to lay down for quite a while until it goes away. It's almost always achy now...
And then there's sneezing. And breathing deeply. Ugh. lol. It's reassuring sometimes, though. Means something must be growing.
