Rainbow Light Prenatal One and Rainbow Light DHA Supplement and also a Calcium pill. These have worked great for me, no nausea and no constipation!! Also, Rainbow Light is organic vs synthetic made vitamins |

Pregnacare for me, haven't tried any others but don't see the need to unless I react badly to these ones |

I find ordering from Amazon keeps the cost down if you want to try a couple of brands out first. To be honest, all you really need is folic acid which you can get in the chemist for around £2 xxx | |||
