Jumping over from assisted conception!

Hi all!!! Congrats on all your BFPS! Hope you dont mind me popping over?! Was just wondering if anyone had BFPs following IUI? Had my first one last week and am currently 5dpiui. Know its too early for symptoms but ive been having cramps in stomach and back on and off and have loads of creamy cm (sorry TMI!) which i dont normally get. Also getting nausea on and off. Trying not to look into things too much as i know its early days but its sooooo hard! Just wondered if this was normal or if anyone go BFPs following similar things? My trigger shot caused me to be extremely tired and felt like i was getting flu but thats all worn off now. Hope you dont mind me jumping in on your forum?!

Hiya,

Just red your post. I had my first IUI no meds at the end of feb and on the
3rd of march got a BFP. Its still early days so am just going with it and not getting to over excited.

I had symptoms straight away. I know that sounds weird it may have been because I was so in tune with my body as I knew what was going to happen, who knows. I didnt have nausea just tiredness, cramping, bloating. Which I still have.
I hope you have your BFP, fingers crossed for you!

Thanks! Congrats on your BFP! Always encouraging to hear people getting BFP after IUI. Hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months!

Cramps are a great sign! I had ivf and had cramping since 3dpt. It kept up for weeks too. I really thought it was AF coming, but nope BFP! Good luck, FX!

I got my BFP on iui #4 The month I got it I went into the month just "Knowing" it was going to happen, but then after my iui, I had nothing at first then very SLIGHTLY sore boobs, but I knew that could be the trigger and prometrium, so I didn't think into that cause then I started af cramps and I knew af was coming. So sad again I didn't test because I didn't want to see another BFN. Af day came, no af so I went and had hcg drawn.. 15dpiui 705!!! Today I am 10 weeks with twins!!

I am in a similar boat; 1st time IUI, having cramps, creamy cm, and tender breasts, and trying not to get too hopeful. I'm 11 DPO, going to wait a few more days to test. Are you taking clomid? I took my first round of clomid during this cycle, so I have to remind myself that my body may be reacting to that. I have heard and read everywhere I looked that clomid is supposed to dry up cm, but I have had the exact opposite reaction, even before IUI.

I had a medicated IUI in January and am now just over 10 weeks pregnant. Everything has been going well so far. It was my first medicated cyle. Hope you get your BFP!!!

IDK what a IUI is but I was a gestational surrogate 2 years ago and underwent a FET and I got my BFP real early...i cheated and didnt wait for the blood test. I took it like 5 days after the transfer. They transfered a blastocyst so I think technically it would have been about 10-11DPO. I dont remember symptoms except for cramping.

Congrats on the twins! So exciting!! You were so good not testing! I wont be before 14dpiui (as per instructions!) cos i cant bear another BFN and would rather just see af if its going to happen! My boobs feel slightly heavy today rather than sore. Really dont want to get hopes up but so hard to ignore any aches and pains especially with it being first try! I was in menopur injections before iui then had pregnyl trigger 40 hrs before iui. Happy healthy 9 months!

I was on injectables before iui with trigger shot. Im keeping my fingers crossed for your BFP!!!
