If you want less caffeine, go for the dark roast!

I have limited myself to one morning coffee when i get up or else i wouldnt function and have bought in decaf tea and coffee. Ive also left decaff tea at my friends houses so that im not tempted to join in with their caffiene consuption! Have tried to cut out fizzy drinks but still have the odd one here and now. Moderation i think is the key!

I recently started drinking coffee again, because I have had a headache for four weeks now. The doctor suggested caffeine withdrawal as the issue, but ironically I never really drank coffee only once a week, but like anywhere from 4-8 cups one day a week. I have a problem urinating in public restrooms, and I find coffee in particular to make it necessary that I use public restrooms and to cut back on my germaphobic anxiety, I stopped drinking coffee years ago. I am now drinking it, and it is not helping my headache. DH listened because it was the doctor and he believes they know everything, even though it didnt make much sense. I had been drinking decaf once a week instead, but only about 2 cups instead of my usual 8.

Before pregnancy i would say I could drink about 4-6 cups of coffee a day, so I bought some decaff. To be honest ive been feeling that coffee has been making me mega bloated and it has really put me off. Im lucky if I drink 1 cup of decaff coffee a day now.

Its so strange because I was a tea drinker and when I fell pregnant the first time I went off tea completely, then changed to coffee after.....I wonder if I will be a tea drinker again hahahaha!

I'm not a big coffee drinker anyway so just not bothering with coffee. I am still drinking "normal" tea but have substituted some of my cups for camomile instead of having my usual 6 or so cups of Tetley a day.

I went right off the taste of coffee, so that wasn't too hard to give up, but I still have a few cups of tea every day. Can't stand decaff tea - I'd rather have water! I'm not drinking gallons of tea, just a few cups a day.

I switched to decaf tea and coffee when I was ttc couple of years ago after my mc. I may have one cup a day with caffeine.
Now if I have any more than two cups it makes me lightheaded and hyper but also really nauseous

aaaaaaahhhhhhhh it's been so hard, i was a caffeine addict (just couldn't function without my fresh cup on a morning) but since i've found out about little bean i've switched to 1 or 2 cups of tea a day, not the same at all but better than nothing. I tried the decaff and hated it bleugh. Don't drink coke but do have some chocolate (in fact i'm craving that more than anything at the minute) xx
