found out i was pregnant about a week ago and thought to myself this is going to go sooo slow!! So i went onto a website that tells you how many days and weeks you are, also a full list of days and weeks for the full 9 months! i copied and pasted it into a text document and now every day im getting to delete a line! i only copied the 1st trimester into a document and its now going so fast!
im only taking it a day at a time but i have already been able to delete 6 days ! it sounds like a bad idea that doesnt work but honestly every day i delete another day it seems so quick and reassuring!
anywho, this is my idea on how to make things seem faster! anyone else got any other ideas?
I have an app on my phone that has the countdown day by day with a little something to read/look at each day. I find seeing how close I am to being another week gone kinda helps but I'm feeling like time is coming to a standstill at the moment!
I set targets with events that are coming up... I'm a teacher so days and weeks go quickly for me but weekends drag and this term is dragging too! So I started by saying to myself on 17th March I'll be almost 12 weeks and that's when my cousins 21st party is... That is this Saturday coming! Before I set days like valentines... Someone's birthday... Mothers day.. Payday... End of term... Going on holiday... My birthday... On my birthday I'll be 17 weeks!! I know these events come around quickly do that's how I'm trying to make the first tri go faster! I can't believe I'm 10(or 11) weeks tomorrow... The past 6 weeks really have gone quickly looking back!! X
