Hi.
I used to have a very bad thrush issue when I was younger. Now I have a glass of cranberry juice every second or third day, and I have never had a problem. Hope this helps.

Bio-Fem gel is pregnancy safe and can help with thrush. Also the pro-biotic yoghurt with L-acidophilus is good (the Tesco Value pro-biotic 6-pack has it) and cut yeast heavy food out of your diet, so stick to unleavened or soda bread for a week or two.
