I'm the same way! I haven't been brushing my teeth very well or very much because I just can't. The part that really makes me gag is spitting out the toothpaste and spit at the end. Recently I've been brushing with just a plain toothbrush and bubblegum flavored mouthwash. It stays really liquidy in my mouth and when I spit it out, it's not as bad as spitting out something thicker. For now that will have to do because minty thick toothpaste is off limits.

Gross, I remember this well. Total nightmare. It does pass though, I promise. I found that it was worse if I let my mouth get too full of foam and had to spit regularly throughout.

Ugh, yes! It's not the toothpaste or anything, it's the motion of brushing my teeth toward the back or on my tongue that makes me gag. Once I did throw up in the sink, which was gross because it doesn't drain. I try to be careful, but I have to brush!
