Hey to Everyone, Thank you for all the replies. Its so reassuring to know that I am not the only one feeling this way. I suppose its natural to worry and if like me, even more so after a loss.

Im starting to feel extra tired mid afternoons and evenings, so thats a good sign! Also got my appointment today for a scan next week, I will be 6 weeks by then, so I am keeping everything crossed that everything is going to be ok.

I will keep you all informed, Im kinda hoping I start feeling some extra symptoms soon

I am 10 weeks right now and other than mildy sore boobs and occasional cramping I have no symptoms. Everyone I have spoke to has told me that I am just one of the lucky ones!

So embrace your symptom-free time!

Question: Pregnant with No Pregnancy Symptoms?
Answer: When you hear about pregnancy you usually hear about all these lovely first trimester symptoms like morning sickness, heartburn, exhaustion and breast tenderness. You imagine yourself with your head stuck in a toilet bowl for the first few months. The truth is that there are women who never feel ill during their pregnancies and that may be normal for them. Others do not start feeling the symptoms until they reach six or seven weeks. The only time to be concerned with not having symptoms is if they suddenly disappear in the first trimester.

just saw this online. now i am crying my eyes out! my tender breasts went away suddenly

NO!!! Do not worry. I had NO symptoms AT ALL EVER. My bbs were tender for a week or so and that was it.

Are you tired alot? That is a symptom. ALTHOUGH, Symptoms are in no way the crystal ball into how your baby is doing.

Don't worry I was 7 weeks in and my morning sickness just went away all of a sudden one morning. I was so worried that I called my doctor and they asked if I was bleeding or having cramps. I wasn't so I said no and they said not to worry and they did a sonogram and I saw the baby's heartbeat. So everything was all good. I'm now 15 weeks in and morning sickness come and goes and not everything is as bad as it was.

I don't think you need to worry. My doctor just said for me not to worry about it until my 8 week appoinment because we would discuss it then just because it is a concern of mine. She was not saying that if you have no symptoms by then it is a problem, just that there is no need to stress over it in the mean time. But if it is a concern of your, you should bring it up to your doctors and talk to them about it, they are the best person to put your fears to rest because they are the professionals. You will always find something to scare you on the internet. Also when I had my miscarriage I had extremely tender breats the whole time, even for days after I had passed the baby. This time I have had only very mild breast tenderness and it comes and goes. So the consitency of things isn't really the best indicator.
