Hi ladies!!!

I was due for AF either 3/13 or 3/14. I had tested positive on HPT since 3/06 and have gotten increasingly darker lines, to the point where yesterday the internet cheapies were DARK and the FRER looks like it's about tapped out on dye. Today I woke up in the morning and wiped after going to the bathroom and had very light brown CM. I know that around the time AF was supposed to come that it's possible that my body is kind of cleaning out and that it could be old (it wasn't on my panties at all, just when I wiped and it was mixed with CM, not on it's own) and I may not have anything to worry about - but of course, I have that little nagging thought in the back of my head.

The good things: it was very light brown, no red and no pink. It was only when I wiped. No major or abnormal cramping (I had a bit of cramping before bed but it wasn't anything that was painful, more of a sore feeling uterus). My temperature hasn't dropped and has stayed up since CD17 (when I first started temping and I'm on CD30 now). Preg test (I'm just finishing out the ones I have) were just as dark as yesterday. None of my pregnancy symptoms have changed since I found out I was pregnant.

I know there are plenty of things that could sound worse but I would love some extra reassurance! It's silly in the grand scheme of things but I think hearing some positive things from you all would help get my mind off of it!

Try not to worry I have read up on it and it very common it may gave been implantation bleeding! I had it early on and it was what made me decide to test!
From what I read alot of people do get it early on and when af is due! just look on google!
Also brown blood is old blood so its honestly probably nothing to worry about!
If your still concerned you can go to the doctors- hopefully they will be more helpful then mine is! lol
Unfortunately it does not get any better Im still forever worrying something will go wrong and counting down the days till I reach 12 weeks! Im looking out for every sign at driving myself mad!

I started spotting brown about four days before my missed period and am still spotting today. I called the doctor on Friday and she said that it is normal. She said I should worry if the bleeding was red along with bad cramping. However, she said that even red bleeding can be normal. I'm only a few weeks in and I'm super neurotic about these things too. I don't remember feeling this way with my first pregnancy....although it was 16 years ago and I was only twenty. I'm hoping I learn to relax and just go with the flow. :-)

I had the same thing happen around 4 weeks. Only when I wiped. It went away and I have had no bleeding since then.

Sounds like good ol' implantation bleeding to me, hon. Give your doc a call to get the definitive answer, and in the meantime celebrate those s!!!!

We are the same days along, 4+4. I had this start last Monday and continue through Friday. It was one one pink wipe, and then brown cm for 5 days. I called the doctor and they said it was too early to see anything on a scan, so they gave me a HCG blood test Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I haven't gotten the Saturday results back yet, but the doctor said the Tues-Thurs ones were rising nicely so the spotting likely was just implantation bleeding and nothing to worry about. I know it's nerve wracking, but hang in there and call your doctor for blood work if it will make you feel better. I know it did for me.

I know the feeling of needing reassurance chick, I had such bad cramps around the time AF was due I was convinced I was reading the tests wrong! The cramping has stopped for the most part but every time I pee I'm terrified to look at my pants incase I'm bleeding, I spend all day poking my boobs to see if their sore (it's prob why their sore lol) and deciding if I feel sick or not! This is number one so probably just being extra cautious but it'd be so nice to peek inside and make sure baby was ok! I'm 6 weeks along and still (secretly) using up my stash of tests to make sure they are getting darker... it's not possible for them to get ANY darker lol! Thinking of you hun, in positive everything will be ok for you xx

I am doing well! I had had that brownish/orangeish CM that one time and then the next day had it once in the afternoon and I haven't seen it since! I think it was old blood from my last AF and it may have also been mixed with pee (those prenatals turn my urine a different color!)
