Sparkling mineral water for nausea, anyone?


Is anyone else living on sparkling mineral water to help with nausea?

I did a few weeks ago when I was feeling dog sick. Really helped!

Cut a couple of lemon slices in that water too... lemon is refreshing and helps with nausea... along with mint, ginger and anything like that.

I only recently discovered lemon juice and how it makes me feel better, so it's funny that you should post this
