When I first got pregnant, I was craving a LOT of eggs and cheese, but now I don't like the thought of eggs or cheese, and I just want lots of really BLAND food, like oatmeal. The only meat I've eaten while pregnant was the fish tilapia once.
So far, only 1 episode of dry heaving, and the rest is just queasiness. I feel gross, but if that's the worst it gets, I think I will still be lucky.
I'm a vegetarian and definitely had MS (lots of nausea and fatigue, vomiting 2x per week). However, my diet was utterly crummy during that time, so I'm sure I wasn't getting a lot of B6. I think it can be a vicious cycle. I love eating veggies but I absolutely could not stomach them first trimester due to MS, and I'm sure that only made the MS worse.
